【47人案 | 吳敏兒、馮達浚、劉澤鋒出獄 馮：You Will Never Walk Alone】

民主派初選案第三批刑滿被告，前職工盟主席吳敏兒、《加山傳播》創辦人馮達浚，以及前學聯抗爭者支援基金主席劉澤鋒，周一（28日）凌晨出獄。

馮及劉較以往消瘦，劉的髮線亦更明顯，兩人回家時未有回答記者問題。《棱角》從吳敏兒前工黨黨友獲悉，她已回家。

英超利物浦迷馮達浚，重啟過去三年未有更新的 Facebook，貼出自己四貓之一，「為呢粒堅強仔報個平安， 感謝每一位幫過我嘅人。 You’ll Never Walk Alone。」

先後已有兩批 47 人案被告刑滿獲釋：4 月 29 日，毛孟靜、范國威、郭家麒及譚文豪於清晨由警方安排車輛送走； 5 月 30 日，岑子杰、譚凱邦、李嘉達、王百羽亦獲釋。

年內尚有袁嘉蔚及徐子見將會刑滿獲釋，其他將於 2026 至 2032 年方出獄。

【Three Hong Kong Primary Election Political Prisoners Released Following Sentence Completion】

Three former pro-democracy advocates — Frankie Fung, Nathan Lau, and Carol Ng —were released this morning in Hong Kong after serving over four years on charges of conspiracy to commit subversion. They comprised the third group of political prisoners to be released among those sentenced for their involvement in Hong Kong’s 2020 pro-democracy primary elections.

Their arrests were part of a broader crackdown under Beijing’s imposition of the National Security Law following the 2019 pro-democracy protests.
